The service was lacking apologies for their mistakes, though they did offer free long hair (I assume they mean hairdryer? ). I can't say they provided even the most basic manners like smiling, but they were helpful in general. The location was a mixed bag; it's in the middle of Kuah, which is great for shopping but far from the beach and tourist areas.
