Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near Kuah's attractions and a good Thai restaurant but falls short in maintaining its facilities and WiFi service. The rooms are very small and lack windows, reducing comfort during the stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The great city center location was convenient with lots of dining options nearby, but being far from the beach was a downside. The rooms were quite small and lacked windows, making it a nightmare, but the dining experience offered tasty local fare although limited in variety.
The hotel is conveniently located in Kuah, not far from good eating joints, and the service was really helpful at the hotel reception counter. The rooms are well-furnished but have a slightly kitschy design. However, there were some ants in my room, possibly due to the shop lot unit setup. The location is fantastic for exploring Kuah but far from the beaches, and the dining was average with limited variety. Overall, the facilities were decent, offering basic amenities.
I found staying at the hotel to be a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, but safety was a concern due to the building's lack of guarded entrance. The service provided was generally friendly and helpful, but there were some hiccups with room readiness and communication. The dining options were surprisingly good, offering a variety of tasty dishes, although not all suited my taste. The facilities were sufficient but could benefit from some improvements.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were cramped, like a box, and the air conditioning leaked water, but at least breakfast was included for two persons. The service was lacking apologies for their mistakes, though they did offer free long hair (I assume they mean hairdryer? ). I can't say they provided even the most basic manners like smiling, but they were helpful in general. The location was a mixed bag; it's in the middle of Kuah, which is great for shopping but far from the beach and tourist areas. The dining experience was decent with a variety of options, and the hotel facilities were satisfactory.
